The 6th International Conference on Advanced Technology & Sciences (ICAT’Riga) will be held at the Riga Technical University (RTU) from 12 to 15 September. The conference aims at presenting the latest research results in electrical engineering and the related industries.

The opening ceremony will be held at 9:30 am on Wednesday, September 13, at the Faculty of Power and Electrical Engineering, 12/1, Āzenes Street, Room 115. The Vice-Rector for Research, Professor Tālis Juhna, Rector of the University of Selcuk (Turkey), Professor Mustafa Şahin and other representatives will give the welcoming speech to the conference participants.

The work of the conference will be organised in plenary session and seven parallel sessions, during which 76 reports will be delivered. There will also be a poster session, during which seven poster presentations will be delivered. The conference will bring together 90 participants from Turkey, Lithuania, Britain, Italy, Iran, Japan, Spain, Germany, South Korea, Libya and Latvia.

ICAT’R will provide participants with the opportunity to share experiences and ideas, and expand their network of contacts by creating new opportunities for collaborative research and business. ICAT conferences have been taking place since 2014 and are held annually in a different country.

The conference is organised by RTU in cooperation with ATScience Academic Publishing Group, Selcuk University and several higher education institutions in Latvia.
