International institutional collaboration is one of the main core elements of the RTU development strategy. Based on a wide network of partner institutions abroad and participation in international organizations and networks, RTU implements academic and scientific collaboration, facilitates the mobility of students and staff, fosters knowledge exchange and participation in the world’s leading research centres.
International Cooperation and Foreign Students Department undertakes responsibility of coordinating the international partnerships and cooperation with higher education institutions.
Team of International Cooperation Unit works together to build new collaboration projects across the world, it includes following activities:
By signing agreement with higher education institutions, we provide a platform for researchers, academic staff and students to develop collaboration worldwide, including exchange of educational and research materials, publications and academic information; exchange of faculty and research scholars; exchange of students; joint research and cooperation in doctoral education.
The bilateral partnering is fixed by General Agreement for Academic Cooperation.
If the signing procedure is proposed by RTU a standard RTU general agreement form is being used.
If the signing procedure is proposed by partner institution, we accept agreement form of the partner institution, written in English.
