International Institutional Collaboration

International institutional collaboration is one of the main core elements of the RTU development strategy. Based on a wide network of partner institutions abroad and participation in international organizations and networks, RTU implements academic and scientific collaboration, facilitates the mobility of students and staff, fosters knowledge exchange and participation in the worlds leading research centers.

International Relations Department undertakes responsibility of coordinating the international collaboration between institutions of higher education abroad and RTU. These activities include:

  • Initiating of cooperation and signing of bilateral agreements with universities abroad;
  • RTU participation in international organizations and networks;
  • Hosting of incoming visits (planning, coordination, organization).
Agreement signing procedure

By signing agreement with institutions of higher education abroad, we provide a platform for researchers, academic staff and students to develop collaboration worldwide, including exchange of educational and research materials, publications and academic information; exchange of faculty and research scholars; exchange of students; joint research and cooperation in doctoral education.

The bilateral partnering is fixed by general agreement.

If the signing procedure is proposed by RTU  a standard RTU general agreement form is being used.

If the signing procedure is proposed by partner institution, we accept agreement form of the partner institution, written in English.
