The mission of RTU Liepāja is to be a promoter of education, science, innovation and cultural development of Liepāja and Kurzeme, which provides competitive, necessary for the development of the region, nationally and internationally significant studies, implements study-related, nationally and internationally recognized research and promotes sustainable development of society.
RTU Liepāja is the largest higher education institution in Kurzeme, offering 27 study programmes in social sciences and entrepreneurship, humanities and arts, natural sciences and engineering, teacher education and social welfare.
Liepaja is a city of young people, the presence of young people makes it dynamic and active. RTU Liepāja's contribution to this is also present, because the future of the city, the region and the country will be shaped by our graduates.
