RTU scientists present their work at Future Circular Collider conference

RTU professor Toms Torims was a chairman of the Future Circular Collider (FCC) for the FCC-hh accelerator: collimation session. He also presented his work "Additive manufacturing in-situ repair solutions for the FCC".

Another RTU scientist - PhD student Arturs Ivanovs presented a poster "Person Localization and Non-contact vital parameter monitoring in harsh environments".

Future Circular Collider (FCC) study is an international collaboration hosted by CERN. The main tasks are exploration of concepts for the most powerful particle collider and development of new enabling technologies.
