"Luminor Bank invites students and recent graduates to apply for a summer internship, during which they will not only have the opportunity to get acquainted with working at the bank by working on various interesting and challenging tasks in the bank's teams, but also receive a remuneration of EUR 850 before tax.
Illuminate Summer Internship Programme is a 10-week continuous learning journey. It’s an immersive and fulfilling experience during which the participants will have an amazing opportunity to learn, grow and develop as a professional different areas in one of the leading banks in the Baltics. Each participant will find themselves in one of the areas: IT, Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Banking Back-Office, Technology, Risk and Data areas. Each area has a crucial role in helping Luminor to achieve their goals!
The programme is a unique and one-of-a-kind opportunity, during which participants would be engaged in various projects and activities held on a Pan-Baltic level, being exposed to the daily routing of Luminor teams. As a result, participants will gain valuable work experience in the dynamic & challenging banking sector, as well as a newly acquired network of professionals in banking. In addition, participants will have as the opportunity to become a full-time employee at Luminor after the programme ends.
Applications for the programme are open now till 12th April, and the programme itself is planned for the period starting from 26th June until 29th August.
