What is MatchWork? It's an online event hosted on the platform MatchWork.org, where job hunting takes on a whole new approach, reminiscent of dating websites. Here, you'll find everything you need conveniently in one place - job listings, the application process, and even your initial interview!

How does MatchWork work?

1. Registration: You need to create your job seeker profile, specifying your experience, skills, and preferences. You can do it today here: MatchWork.org. 
2. Algorithm: Based on the information you provide in your profile, the algorithm will select the most suitable vacancies for your profile.
3. Match: The employer sees that you're interested in the company's vacancy. If there's mutual interest, a job match is made.
4. Interview time: When a work match is made, you have the opportunity to choose when to have an online interview.
