One of the factors justifying the existence of Student Councils is student representation. The seminar “Balss”, meaning “voice”, offers the opportunity to learn more about student representation within RTU and its decision-making institutions. The main goal of this seminar is to leave students with a fresh new set of skills which will help them not only represent their own interests, but also those of their peers. This event usually takes place in early December.
