The Riga Technical University Student Parliament (RTU SP) is a friendly student organisation, rich with tradition – in fact, it is the oldest student government in Latvia. RTU SP works with an aim of improving both local and international students’ life not only on their studies but also in their life outside them. RTU SP is the right place, where to add value to the studies, while developing their communication and teamwork skills. The RTU SP brings together many active students from all RTU faculties, as well as Study and Science Centers and their Student Councils, by combining them. Here every student is welcomed by comrades, responsiveness, and opportunity to materialize their own ideas from point A to Z. The heart of the Student Parliament is the RTU SP office located in Ķīpsala, where anyone is welcome to express ideas, network, or simply take a break from the everyday rush.
