RTU freshers’ camps are organised every August. Before beginning their studies, upcoming RTU students spend several days making new friends, getting to know their faculty and simply disconnecting from everyday chores. RTU freshers’ camps are organized by the Student Councils of all 9 faculties, either separately or jointly, for example, the DITF and ETF joint camp "5G.exe" or the ETHZF, EVIF and MTAF joint camp "Sper Gaisā X12" in 2019.
