MSC Shared Service Center Riga, SIA INTERNSHIP IN DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

It is possible to participate in the practice more or less than 30 hours a week, combining practice with studies, when such agreement is reached with the head of practice in advance. In such case, the amount of monthly payable scholarship will be calculated proportionally to the time provided for practice and the performance.

Practice tasks:

• to help to prepare documentation in a timely manner and with high quality;
• to communicate with colleagues from foreign MSC offices;
• to assist in daily tasks with various internal MSC systems;
• to improve knowledge about the course of various business processes in an international company.

Requirements:

• the participants of the scholarship competition can be economic, logistic, business or social sciences Bachelor degree 1st grade and students of a professional education institution from 1st grader;
• have analytical thinking and be passionate about documentation, details and accuracy;
• be pro-active;
• be committed to continuous learning;
• able to write, read and speak English fluently;
• ability to be a team player.
