Day 1 "Diversity Confronters Day"(SIC, the Moon room)

10:15- 10:30 Welcome speeches 

 

"Diversity Confronters" (six pairs’ sessions)

The speakers-confronters will talk about diversity in different management fields and industries. Speakers will talk in pairs sessions, for each pair session 30-40 minutes. 

Each pair will be designed to keep the diversity concept, as well should be a confrontation within the pair.  Additionally, there will be two moderators and interaction with the audience. 

 

12 min for each confronter speech, 16 min for both confrontations

Questions must be covered in confronted speech (12 min): 

- my top 3 diversity main components 

- what I like and dislike in diversity

- how I am implementing a diversity approach in my management (examples)
