In the framework of informative campaign «Live warmer» (Dzīvo siltāk) Ministry of Economics and Riga Technical University starts anew the thematic series of seminar «Apartment house». Management and Renovation». Aim of the seminar is to educate the house managers on features and opportunities to attract the co-financing from European Regional Development Fund.
The seminar «Decision-making for apartment house renovation» will be held on 14th September, 2011 at 18.00 in the premises of Riga Technical University (Riga, 1 Kalku Str, room 317a). Everyone interested will be able to follow the live broadcast of seminar process online www.rtu.lv.
During the seminar everyone will be informed about the types of decision-making for housing renovation, about management fee determination after house rights acquisition as well as about other topical questions connected with organization of housing renovation process. Presentation about aforementioned questions will give chairman of the Board of the Association of Management and Administration of Latvian Housing Ģirts Beikmanis and the lecturer of Riga Technical University, chairwoman of the board of Kurzeme Regional Energy Agency Signe Kajaka.

As it is known, thematic series of seminars «Apartment house. Management and Renovation» is organized already the second study year by the Ministry of Economics and Riga Technical University. Seminars will be held all study year every third Wednesday of the month. Every seminar will be dedicated to the specific theme beginning with news in the management field and ending with topicalities in the housing renovation.
