Proof of studies / Enrolment certificates

 

 

To receive a statement, you can also apply in electronic form by completing an application in ORTUS.

A statement can be issued in Latvian or English.

A statement is issued within three working days from the day of the application receipt. The prepared statement can be received at the Student Service by presenting your valid RTU student ID card or another personal identification document. If the statement is not withdrawn within a month from the time it is ready, it will be destroyed.

 

 

How to receive?

  • By completing an application in ORTUS (For students -> Study information -> Statements), providing 6 Āzenes Street, Riga as the address of receipt;
  • By sending your application to  or by phone +371 67089364 and providing your first name, surname, certificate No.;
  • Make sure to indicate who is the recipient of the statement and what additional information should be provided;
  • When the statement is made, you will be notified about it;
  • On the specified day, come after your statement to the Student Service at 6 Āzenes Street, Riga (1st Floor), having your student ID card another personal identification document;
  • The statement may be also received in a scanned format, if required. Please indicate it in your application.

Can I get a proff of studies/statement and include the graduation date in it? Can I receive the certificate electronically?
Yes, send an e-mail to , we will prepare a statement and as soon as it is ready, we will send it to you in a scanned form or you can receive it in person at RTU Student Service. The electronic version is scanned and does not contain a secure electronic signature.
Can I get a statement that I am studying at RTU and include in it that I want to take study leave?

Can I get a statement to open a bank account / Rigas Satiksmei / Accenture Internship?

Does Rīgas Satiksme accept scanned statements?
No, Rīgas Satiksme only accepts original documents in paper format.
Does the bank accept the statement in a scanned form?
Yes, the bank (unless otherwise stated) accepts the statement in a scanned form.
