Riga Technical University (RTU) Career Centre has made five educational and entertaining short films, the main aim of which is to provide practical advice to build a successful career. Unfortunately, only one film has subtitles available in English.
Is the internship a job too? How does behaviour on social networks affect the chances of getting a dream job? Is it worth working while studying? These are just a few questions that filmmakers – RTU Career Centre – asked the participants of the film “Green Pepper” – chef Martins Sirmais, comedian and head of the Royal Improvisation Theatre – Janis Skutelis, production director and board member of Latvenergo – Maris Kuņickis, partner of Talentor Latvia, Agata Anča, partner of Talentor Latvia, and senior adviser Gunita Smirnova, founder and chief executive of Inspired Digital.
This year's film will be interesting for both students and young people who have already started their professional careers and for those who are still looking for their first place of practice or work.
