Camp «Step by Step: How to be the BEST of the BEST»

«Step by Step: How to Be the BEST of the BEST» organised by the RTU Career Center and BEST(Board of European Students of Technology), is a project that gives 40-45 students an opportunity to participate in the 2 to 3 day intensive camp. Students develop the personal skills and qualities, thereby increasing their competitiveness in the job market.

Aim of the camp

Enabling RTU students to participate in a camp to promote their professional development, enabling them to acquire new skills, thereby improving their personality and increasing their competitiveness in the job market.

Mission of the camp

• Provide the opportunity for 45 RTU students to participate in international coaching activities to increase their psychosocial skills;
• Provide an opportunity for 45 RTU students to check their theoretical knowledge in the working groups for real problems;
• Provide an opportunity for 45 RTU students to discuss with business representatives by promoting their opportunities to successfully enter the job market after the end of their studies;
• Enable 45 RTU students to improve their communication skills by participating in sports and cultural activities.
