Water aerobics

The water aerobics session involves not only using different ways how to move in a pool and simulation of running, skiing, jumping or cycling movements in simple repetitions, but can also include more complex dance combinations or simulations. The intensity of the workout during water aerobics session depends on the number, length, complexity of repetitions, and water aerobics equipment used. One of the benefits of water aerobics is that swimming skills are desirable, but not necessary.
