Swimming

Swimming classes offer students to learn different styles of swimming, as well as develop and improve back crawl, front crawl and breaststroke swimming techniques. Using various exercises in water, coordination of proper hand and foot movement and breathing is promoted. During the classes, the fundamental theoretical knowledge and the basic rules of competition are also provided. Swimming – a healthy and practical sport that perfectly develops physical fitness of a person and helps improve condition. Swimming properly, all muscle groups are developed.

Note!

  • Please come to the swimming classes with the instructor about 20 minutes prior to the start of the class.
  • Please take Student ID card.
