Badminton is a sport that fully develops the whole body, gives the thrill of competition and satisfaction with the results achieved, as well as promotes mental balance. At the beginning of the sports session, general and badminton-specific warm-up exercises are performed. Further activities involve warm-up exercises at the court by making various net shots. Then, attention is devoted to acquisition of a particular serve (low serve, high serve, drive, or flick serve) at the court. At the end of the session, you have an opportunity to use the acquired skills in practice by playing for the result – in singles, doubles or mixed doubles.
