Athletic gymnastics sessions are intended for both men and women who are willing to work on themselves and improve their physical condition, as each person is given individual attention. During the sessions, you are instructed on proper movements in all exercises, proper technique, posture, and breathing. The acquisition of the elements is necessary to minimise the risk of injuries. The sessions are delivered both in the strength-training mode and in the bodybuilding style, as well as are directly aimed at increasing strength or improving physical fitness. By regularly working out and demonstrating results, you will also be given an opportunity to participate in the Latvian Universiade and represent RTU team.
