Track and field athletics combine a number of running, jumping, walking and throwing disciplines. The sports sessions are offered to improve and enhance skills in sprint, hurdle and jumping disciplines. You will be able to get acquainted with athletic disciplines, technical performance, improve physical fitness and strengthen your health. During the sessions, specific features of the student’s body structure and physical abilities will be taken into account, and appropriate exercises and load will be selected.
