«Functional training» classes will be organized online - by students doing registration in the system and paying with virtual money and connecting to the Zoom link (https://zoom.us/j/4478519561?pwd=My80YU1zVUwwblpkS3hrK2w1ejduQT09) shortly before lesson starts.

If it's possible, students are asked to prepare the following equipment for lessons -

  • Exercise mat (or other base on which can exercise);
  • 0.5 l water bottles (2 pcs.);
  • Resistance band.
