Local FMETA students can apply for the Latvian Government scholarships and FMETA Council scholarships.
Local undergraduate and graduate students who's studies are financed by Latvian Government, in accordance with the requirements of the RTU Study Results Assessment Regulation, have passed all the examinations intended for them during the previous session within first attempt and who do not have academic debts, can apply for Latvian Government scholarship.
In the first semester, the scholarship is awarded based on the ranking of student admissions.

Local students who perform research or other non-study activities in addition to studies may be eligible for FMETA Council scholarship. Applicants shall submit the application form and additional data, determined by Regulation (in Latvian).
