Conclusion and results of the IMPRESS project: Stress management solutions based on criteria of excellence


ERASMUS + Key Activity 2 (KA2) “Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices” Knowledge Alliance Program Project No.: 588315-EPP-1-2017-ES-EPPKA2-KA “Improving management competences on Excellence based Stress avoidance and working towards Sustainable organizational development in Europe - IMPRESS” is coming to an end. As part of the closing events, this year on October 16, project participants from 4 European countries - Spain, Germany, Ireland and Latvia prepared and presented a report in the subsection “Innovation and quality technologies” of RTU 61st International Scientific Conference SCEE-2020.

In the presentation on the development of management competencies for excellence-based stress prevention and work for sustainable development of organizations in Europe the project methodology for assessing individual stress in the work environment, selection and use of appropriate resources for stress reduction, as well as excellence-based stress management solutions were described. Staff training materials and modules included in the study courses were also demonstrated. The presentation aroused great interest and discussion among the other participants of the above-mentioned online conference.

The project finishes at the end of this year, and the study materials prepared as a result are included in various FEEM study courses in the areas of personnel development and quality management.
