Short Bio:   

Studied architecture at Riga Technical University (doctor's degree) and social sciences at the University of Latvia (master's degree in communication science).  
From 2016 works as research assistant and from 2019 lecturer and expert Riga Technical University, Faculty of Architecture. Since 2012 involved in research of timber structures and wooden architecture. Since 2017 organize an international conference «Koka dienas», as well as seminars and guest lectures about wooden architecture in cooperation with the Latvian Union of Architects and the «Wooden Architecture Center». Had coordinated BREEAM certification process and documents,  performance certification audits of timber structure production factories in the Baltic States and Russia. Author of more than 30 publications on wooden architecture in the «Latvijas Arhitektūra», «Latvijas Būvniecība» and «Būvinženieris» and peer-reviewed scientific publications. Organizes the 2nd Forum Wood Building Baltic in Riga in 2021 in online format and 2nd Forum Wood Building Baltic in 2022.
