Exchange studies and mobility

Students and staff of RTU and partnering universities are provided an opportunity to participate in foreign study, lecturing or experience exchange using different exchange programmes and mobility as part of bilateral contracts realised by RTU.

Erasmus+

The Erasmus+ programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernising Education, Training, and Youth work. Erasmus+ provides opportunities to study, train, gain work experience and volunteer abroad.

Mobility within The European University of Technology (EUt+)

Riga Technical University is one of the nine partners in the European University of Technology (EUt+). Students and staff members of Riga Technical University, Cyprus University of Technology, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, Technological University Dublin, Technical University of Sofia, Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Université de technologie de Troyes, Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca and Università degli studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale are welcome to exchange the knowledge and experiences visiting the partner's campuses.

Mobility within Bilateral Agreements

RTU international cooperation network is constantly growing, and currently RTU has signed agreements with higher education establishments all over the world. Majority of these agreements include information about exchange studies, by offering students different beneficial terms for studies abroad – lower study fees, studies free of charge, free accommodation and other benefits.
