MSC Shared Service Center Riga, SIA INTERN IN COST CONTROL/ ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DEPARTMENT

It is possible to participate in the practice more or less than 30 hours a week, combining practice with studies, when such agreement is reached with the head of practice in advance. In such case, the amount of monthly payable scholarship will be calculated proportionally to the time provided for practice and the performance.

Practice tasks:

• help to process (register, check validity) incoming vendor invoices;
• help to communicate with colleagues from other MSC agencies;
• assist in different Cost Control related matters;
• assist in work with various MSC`s internal systems on daily basis.

Requirements:

• the participants of the scholarship competition can be management, economics, finance scope students from Bachelor degree 1st grade and students of a professional education institution of 1st year;
• are eager to learn and have a positive can-do attitude;
• are a team player with a high sense of responsibility;
• have analytical thinking and are passionate about details and accuracy;
• have the ability to deliver within the deadlines;
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
