Practical Skills Promotion Scholarships
Practical Skills Promotion Scholarships

Cooperating with different Latvian enterprises, RTU Development Fund is offering paid internship places for students. Practical skill promotion scholarships can be granted for full-time and part-time Latvian students who correspond with the company’s offered internship places. Monthly internship scholarships  are meant as support for the students, aiming to enrich the practical skills in their chosen field of study. Experience with paid internships will help the students integrate better in the labor market in the future.

In 2017, practical skill promotion scholarships and real experiences were distributed to 483 Latvian students in total.

Study Scholarships

RTU Development Fund, cooperating with different Latvian enterprises, individuals and organizations, offers monthly or one-time scholarships for the students of Latvia with great success in studies, therefore motivating them to achieve even higher academic results.

In 2017, study scholarships were distributed to 214 Latvian students in total.

Science and research scholarships
Science and research scholarships

RTU Development Fund, cooperating with different Latvian enterprises, individuals and organizations, offers scholarships for  achievements in science and research to the students of Latvia. The purpose of these kind of scholarships is to increase the development of science and research in Latvia. Students who create a new and innovative thesis are being supported by monthly or one-time grants.

In 2017, science and research scholarships were distributed to 45 Latvian researchers.
