2013 – complete reconstruction of the former student canteen into RTU Design Centre, where the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning and the Institute of Design Technologies are located.
2013 – the new building of the Faculty of Power and Electrical Engineering (FPEE) is put into operation.
2014 – complete reconstruction of student dormitories at Ķīpsala, energy consumption in buildings dropped by more than 60%.
2014 – completed renovation of building of the Faculty of Materials Science and Applied Chemistry.
2015 – Laboratory Building is constructed.
2015 – the new building of RTU Scientific Library is constructed.
2015 – partial reconstruction of RTU swimming pool by replacing the roof, restoring its former shape and exposing the glazing.
2015 – complete renovation of the building of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications.
2019 – the reconstruction of the building at 6B Ķīpsalas Street, which currently houses the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Transport and Aeronautics, was completed.
2021 – the new building of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology and the auditorium house "Domus Auditorialis" was built.
2022 – the reconstruction of the building at 6A Ķīpsalas Street, Faculty of Civil Engineering, was completed.
2022 – the laboratory house of the Institute of Aeronautics, 16 Zunda krastmala Street was built.
