Post-doctoral

postdoctoral researcher is a person professionally conducting research after the completion of their doctoral studies (typically a PhD). The ultimate goal of a postdoctoral research position is to pursue additional research, training, or teaching in order to have better skills to pursue a career in academia, research, or any other fields.

Office for Vice-Rector of Research of RTU has announced preselection of post-doctoral applications within the Activity 1.1.1.2 «Post-doctoral Research Aid» of the Specific Aid Objective 1.1.1 «To increase the research and innovative capacity of scientific institutions of Latvia and the ability to attract external financing, investing in human resources and infrastructure» of the Operational Programme «Growth and Employment» in accordance with Cabinet Regulations No. 50 adopted on 19 January 2016
