Office of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs coordinates implementation of study programmes and supervises the study process and enrolment in RTU.

The RTU offers academic and professional study programmes at three levels (cycles) – undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies, which corresponds to the guidelines set forth in the Bologne conference declaration on creating a single higher education space in the European Union.

There are full-time and part-time studies in RTU. In full-time studies there are more than 1900 state financed study places. Part-time studies are offered only for tuition fee.
